The Partnership for Healthier Communities (PHC), an Inova Health System program, is devoted to providing resources to support the health and well-being of students in Prince William, Fairfax, and Loudoun counties, as well as the cities of Alexandria, Fairfax, Falls Church, Manassas, and Manassas Park. This is done in order to contribute to their academic success and is a need that is present all year round. The Northern Virginia Health Foundation (NVHF) is dedicated to improving the health and medical care of Northern Virginians, with a particular focus on the health needs of the uninsured. To this end, they provide strategic grants to nonprofit organizations that address the healthcare needs of Northern Virginia residents. Additionally, they analyze premature mortality in Northern Virginia before and during the pandemic. NVHF is committed to going beyond grant-making to make a difference in the health and well-being of Northern Virginians.
